Disability Access : The Empire State Building is fully ADA compliant. We have a handicapped lounge on the 86th floor observatory, as well as a lowered viewing wall and binoculars. Service dogs are accessible throughout the building, and both electric and non-motorized wheelchairs are permitted. The 86th floor has a ramp that makes it easier to get around the viewing wall, allowing visitors in chairs to still enjoy the view. The 102nd floor is currently difficult to access due to the high wall, but we are working to make it more accessible for all visitors.

Must-see tips

1. The recommended visiting time is 8 am, 3 pm, or after 11 pm after completing a day's trip in New York.

2. The Empire State Building has only one main entrance and exit located between 33rd and 34th Streets on Fifth Avenue in New York, and the disabled entrance is on 34th Street.

3. All visitors must pass the security check. For safety reasons, all glass objects, camera racks, alcoholic beverages, and cans are prohibited from being brought into the Empire State Building. At the same time, the Empire State Building does not have a special area for storing personal belongings, so it is recommended that you only bring your personal belongings when visiting.

4. Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 21:00 to 24:00, there will be a saxophone performance on the 86th floor. Visitors can dance romantically to the beautiful music, which is also a good time to propose.

5. Guests can choose to pay to receive a framed photo of the Empire State Building as a souvenir of their visit to the top of the Empire State Building in New York.
